Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we aim to make cancellations and refunds as easy as possible.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order or booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time will receive a full refund.

Refunds:

Refunds are available for:

  • Orders cancelled within the required notice period.
  • Items or services that arrive damaged, incomplete, or not as described.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

No Refunds:

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Last-minute cancellations.
  • Change of mind after items have been dispatched or services delivered.
