Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Pick Up or Drop off:

Whangarei residents or surrounding areas are able to pick up or meet at a drop off point arranged by both myself and the buyer. Free of charge.

Shipping Time frames:

Shipping in New Zealand ONLY. One day I hope to be able to deliver internationally.

Standard shipping:  2–5 business days
Rural deliveries may take a little longer.

We’ll send you tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on orders over $100.

Delivery Issues:

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
